RESEARCH:
What we did really well...
We used a variety of relevant films as references for the artistic elements such as lighting techniques etc.
What we will do better at A2...
We will explore behind the scenes footage of similar media products such as music videos to gain a more in depth look at techniques used and how higher budget projects are created.

PLANNING:
What we did really well...
The storyboard was a really effective way to plan visually and express our ideas in a clear way. This also made the filming process easier as we knew what shots we needed to get on the day.
What we will do better at A2...
We will ensure to stick to the storyboard and plan the lighting further. We used natural lighting in the previous task and this created some issues with the continuity of the sun light, and the portrayal of passing time.

FILMING:
What we did really well...
We were persistent and dealt with the issues we were faced with well. For example we had problems with the location due to gaining permission to film. However our resilience paid off when we were allowed access to the top floor of the car park (closed off to the public) and got some brilliant shots of the view.
What we will do better at A2...
We will film more than needed so that we have a large amount of footage to work with when entering the editing process. We will also attempt to use locations that we have connections with, making access easier; also using private spaces.

EDITING:
What we did really well...
We used a variety of skills to create clear continuity and improved on editing knowledge during the process. We also used cutting speed to influence the effect on the viewer, thinking carefully about ideas we had learned in media theory lessons.
What we will do better at A2...
We will include voice dubbing of singing in order to present new skills and challenge ourselves.

SOUND:
What we did really well...
The music was created especially for the project so it had the exact mood we wanted to create. We also used voice overs which created the challenge if recording high quality audio as well as editing it into the video so that it flowed with the narrative.
What we will do at A2...
We want to challenge ourselves further by using the same artist as before but combining our talents further. We wish to work more closely with the artist to create a more personal track that combines all of the group's skills as well as external talent; hopefully creating an enjoyable process as well as a quality product.

EVALUATION:
What we did really well...
We once agin challenged ourselves, creating our evaluation in both written and video form. However we were pushed for time and this meant it was not up to a quality standard.
What we will do better at A2...
If possible we would like to create another video for this evaluation with a more polished style (e.g. with interviews).
